Just moved to PowWeb from LunarPages and not sure I like it but maybe will get used to it. But have already run into a problem with too many files on my site. How can I monitor the number of files I have on my site and how can I find out what server I'm on. Also kind of concerned about the site being taken offline if it gets toooooo many hits. I have a popular site and would usually go over my 20 gig bandwidth limit on LunarPages by the 21st of each month so I moved here to get more bandwidth but LP just had a page saying I was over bandwidth and to check back later. Here it seems they take your site down or something. Can someone tell me how often this happens and how to get it back up if it does.

If you log into your OPS panel, under the "Services" tab click on FTP and it will give you which FTP server you are on along with the number of files you have in your account and the amount of space you currently are using.

They do disable sites if they exceed their usage levels - to keep the violator's account from affecting others. To re-enable it you have to contact the support department.
