done everything, but cant get website running!

I have my files uploaded to the htdocs, main page name is already index.html, changed the dns server to ns3.powweb.com, but i still cant get my website www.anongmeron.com running? Does it need time for it to be able to detect the changes??? Help!

How long has it been since you changed the DNS? It takes 48 to 72 hrs usually to see the new server.

I see a temp page that isn't the default temp page. Your files seem to be on the server.

Thanks for the reply, I think less than 24 hours. I registered my domain at www.domaindirect.com and thats their temp page. Yeah my files seems to be on the server but how come it still shows the domaindirect.com temp page?:)

I'm in Texas in the U.S. I just ran a tracert from here and your domain name is still pointing at this IP address. Hope this helps you.

As others have said, this DNS stuff can take a few days to work through the system.

I ran a Whois and it shows your domain name pointing to the Powweb servers.

I know! but www.anongmeron.com still has the old "under construction page". How come? any other way to make it work???
