Where can I find how to set up a form using Powweb's FormMail.pl script and where is it on the site?

Hello Mike,

Include this line
<form method="post" action="http://www.domainname.com/powweb-bin/FormMail.pl">
above your table tag and remember the closing form tag after your closing table tag.

Check your email. :)
