I have experienced the same thing for two days in a row. This is getting very annoying. I also do not appreciate the lack of communication on Powweb's part. It is almost as if they feel too aloof to give any of their customers any explanation of why sites are down. All of this is excellent customer service AFTER a non-refundable yearly subscription. I have attempted to contact support with issues in the past, and quickly learned that support presumes innocence no matter what.

anyone else experience it!? Could be many things ranging from PowWeb's firewall or router(s) going down, a bridge going down, Internet router going down, etc... Not all potential explanations involve PowWeb....why is that always the default assumption??

As was pointed out, there are many possible reasons for service interruptions. As of this time, I am unaware of anything on our end that would have created an outage. I will be contacting our admins throughout the day to see if they have any additional information.

As for yearly fees being non-refundable, that's not true. We will prorate refunds for cancelations made after the first 30 days of service. Don't forget that we also offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

i've already posted in a thread about this

powweb's network has not had a single unplanned outage since it was brought up over a year ago FYI. As far as planned outages I believe there has been 2 total network outages during off hours. The problem was not powweb's doing or within powweb's control
