All of those errors are referencing "c:\path\to\file.ext". That means it's looking for a file located on a Windows-based server. PowWeb uses FreeBSD (a version of Unix) and therefore you need to use the correct path:

/www/u/username/htdocs/path/to/file

replacing 'u' and 'username' with your primary FTP username and its first letter.

this one is actually on a win server, its a little side thing i run, but most of the errors say like undefined variable in this or that...:-/

I dont think powweb would like it if you somehow have windows on your server, I dont even think it's possible.

Once your website is up and running I would be glad to help you out though

The site the OP is referencing isn't hosted on a PowWeb server.

As far as I know, PHP-Nuke can only run on *nix servers...I may be wrong though

What Operating Systems are supported?
PHP-Nuke runs well on the following Operating Systems:

Linux
Any Unix flavor
OS/2
Any Windows flavor
MacOS
FreeBSD

-straight off their website man...i think they would know if it works with a certain OS or not

I went to http://funkystarman.no-ip.com/html and saw

Not Found
The requested URL /johnny/html/html was not found on this server.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Apache/1.3.28 Server at 24.94.235.217 Port 80

But at http://funkystarman.no-ip.com/ I see your PHP-Nuke Powered site that looks great. The links work and
http://funkystarman.no-ip.com/index.php is okay.

I see. Try http://funkystarman.no-ip.com/johnny/html/ to see the page. You had an extra /html in the path.

Glad you resolved the problem. I wondered why the site looked okay when I looked. :) Nice job.
