well I have been a member since 01/25/01 and just now have not been able to upload files I am way way below the 650mb/15000files . I am on a high speed connection and If I try to upload folders with files it says the server is busy and I get some errors. this has never happend before. I needed these files up two days ago and this problem has just been this whole week. I can load one at a time but that only works a for a little than I get the same message...or it will just say "sending file" and never get there. thanks for any help

Try changing to 'Passive' mode in your FTP program.

Hey,

I am on jupiter.powweb.com. I have the EXACT same problem, I counted the files I have on powweb and I have about 12,000 files.

In OPS, the filecount is reported as 32,808 files. That is totally wrong!

I called up technical support 2 times about it (since messages sent to technical support are not answered). They tried to play with my account, they made it go to 27,000 files and then back uop to 32,080 files. Then they told me they would try to fix it last night and to be "patient".

It's been a week since I can't access my website! I'm about to go elsewhere and ask for reimbursement.. I just recnewed for a year last month.

Eric,

This is your third post about this same issue. Please post only one time about the same issue as it makes it more difficult for others to try to help you.

I responded in this thread: http://forum.powweb.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=151177#post151177

Hey,

Yes, this is my THIRD post about this issue that POWWED will not resolve and it will not be my last.

There is something seriously wrong here and I am now convinced that tech support does not want to help me on this issue. I've been very badly treated by them this week.

I'm running out of options to resolve the issue (OPS reports 32,080 files when there is only 10,575 files in my account, so my account is lokked). (ie. I cannot upload or change ANY files on my account). Seems I'm about the only one havin this problem.

What other options are left for me when tech support will not resolve the issue and not respond back about the issue? I'm running out of options here!

That's it.

I've checked out POWWEB's record wi the Beter Business Bureau and it's all clean for now.

Unfortunately, because POWWEB will no resolve the issue or e-mail me back, I will have make a complaint.
