Ahhhh, now I see

I'm on meteor and it looks like the FTP is set on read only as well.
Since I cant change any files that is probably why my scripts wont execute.

Anybody know whats wrong with METEOR.

I checked announcements and nothing....

Your main user does not own your home directory. Please contact PowWeb Support.

This is what is says in OPS.

I cannot explain what it means.
Again, I have not made any changes and it says mapleone is the main user, which is me.

I have sent an email to powweb, but if anyone has any answers please let me know.

Hi guys,

My support tickets were closed and I now have FTP access but I still have the script error.

Also this message still appears in OPS....

Your main user does not own your home directory.
Please contact PowWeb Support.

Here is a link to my site:
http://www.mapleone.com/mbcanada/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi

I emailed to get another support ticket but I was hoping maybe someone could tell me of a quick fix. I read in another post that someone on space also has this problem.

My site is located on meteor....

If anyone has some ideas I would be very grateful for a response.
My site has been down the whole day now.

This is something you need support to fix - you can't do it yourself. Now how you got into this mess is another question... I don't know of a way for you to change the owner of one of your folders.

I did nothing, my site worked great.
I got up in the morning and that is how I found it.
My site works and I can upload now so they must have fixed something, but it still wont execute any scripts.

I have also read posts from other users who are having the same problem, so I know its nothing I did.

I had not made any changes in OPS for over a month.

Good morning everybody,

Another day has passed and still I have the same problem.
I now have 133 emails from members who think my site has disappeared.

They had emailed me and said that my case was escalated to an admin but I have heard nothing since.

Is there anything else I can do, since I have no ETA on this I am relying on you guys to tell me if you have experienced this before.

I really need my scripts to work or my site is out of business and it has been down for about 30 hours now.

Someone else must have had this problem and had it fixed, what was the solution?

This is the third day with this problem and my site is still down.
I also cannot get into FTP.

Three days to fix this problem is far too long, with today being the first full business day since the weekend I hope it will get fixed.

Let me rephrase that a little because I have been very patient so far. I fully expect it to get fixed today, I need it it be fixed today.

Day 4 and still no CGI

My site is still down and interestingly enough I have also not received any support via this forum. I have only had one reply to my post.

Still no news from support @ PowWeb either.

At what point should I be getting a refund?
Four days without a website, I have probably lost a ton of members on my site by now. I would never have imagined that a little problem like CGI wrap could take four days to fix.

:( :( :(

Can someone please respond to my posts, so I dont feel totally ignored.

PS. My FTP is on again off again, mostly its read only because it still says I'm not the owner of the main account.
