FTP Problem

I must have done a brain dump because I can't remember how to connect to my site with FTP after having to reload my computer with the program yesterday.

I use AceFTP, and my site www.comandosupremo.com, is on jupiter.

I use port 21, I know my username and password, but then it asks for local folder and host folder. I don't remember having to fill that out the first time I used AceFTP.

Can anyone guide me here? I get an Authentication Error whenever I try to connect.

If you're getting an authentication error, sounds like the password is incorrect. If you recently changed it, there are reports that it can take a couple hours to really sink in...

Is that your case?

The password is the same as always...as a matter of fact, I added a new user in the members area with a password, just to make sure, and I get the same error.

That happened to me recently when trying to connect with one of my client's websites. I was using CuteFTP and the login info was correct.

Does AceFTP have the Quick Connect option? Try typing the login info there and hit the lightning bolt (if it is like CuteFTP, but if not, check Help to see how to use it). For some reason, this is the only way I can get into that client's account.
