First, I have made no changes to my Awstats that have worked great for a couple of weeks. Today, however, I get this message:
CGIWrap was unable to find the user ID '51960' in the password file on this server.
Check the DOCUMENT_ROOT setting and try again.
Server Data:

PLEASE, WOULD SOMEONE FROM POWWEB PLEASE HELP. I am on space.
Second, I thought the telephone support was 24/7? It was closed today! Shameful.

I know what the problem is.....
I bet you cannot upload any file, you have read only access.
I'm on meteor and I get the same message and if I log into OPS under the FTP tab it says that I'm not the main user of the account.
I think they are experiencing some technical difficulties and they have locked all FTP service on the servers.
If they are trying to fix things they probably cannot have people uploading files.
You are trying to execute a script which will not work, just like on my site. My forum is dead and gets the same message.
Are you on meteor?

I am on space, but when this happens they always claim they knew nothing about it or how it happened.
I am tired of it

Again, the forum is not the best place to post a specific server error like this, you should email support...as we have tried to impress upon you several times.
There are other reports of the userID cgi-wrap error in the support queue and we have an admin looking in to the problem now.
It has never been advertised, suggested or implied that telephone support was available 24 hours a day, so enough with the "shameful" comments already. And enough with the "PLEASE, WOULD SOMEONE FROM POWWEB PLEASE HELP."
I understand that you may have missed it the other dozen times someone has politely pointed it out to you, so I will repeat it here for your convenience and edification; The forum is not the place to request help with specific server problems. Send them to support.
That is the law here, Mr. Minton, and as your signature so astutely states, "...no one is above the law!"
