new to mySQL

Im following the help file on creating a php forum... Ive followed the directions word for word... and I still cant get it to work. I keep getting line 351 errors on the the installation step.

Ive setup my mySQL account... and still get the errors... what am I doing wrong? The step where it says 'MySQL server name' im a little lost... do I leave it as localhost? or change it?? Where is this setup letter that it keeps referring to? Im very lost....

You should not leave it as 'localhost'. If you'll log into OPS, click on the appropriate package and then the MySQL tab, you'll find your server name there.
