Can Not Connect To Database

I can't connect to my database (critical error) at http://www.comandosupremo.com/phpBB2. I'm on jupiter.powweb.com.

Can any staff help?

Can't connect with anything to it!

Even the status of it in the OPS said:
"Unable to connect to MySQL server on jupiter.powweb.com "

Indicating there is definitly a problem on powwebs side.

I just hope this doesn't make me loose the 300+ products I have on my database...

Did either of you contact support? Support@powweb.com or fill out the form in OPS.

Also, regarding losing info in your database. This really isn't a problem since the golden rule in the IT world is to always have a recent backup...right? BTW - there are a weeks worth of backups for you in OPS.
