mySQL -Front Help Needed

I can log into it, but it won't let me execute the file I want to. I'm trying to use NewsFlash.
Whenever I hit the arrow, it says access denied. Any ideas? Have a nice day everyone. :)

Okay...this is the problem since I don't think I really said it correctly above.
I uploaded all of the files from NewsFlash (from www.nukecops.com) to my FTP, then went to edit the newsflash.sql file. I edited it, then when I tried to run it, it said access denied.
I've had this problem before, but I can't remember how I fixed it. Any ideas? Have a nice day everyone. :)

How did you run the newsflash.sql file? ... via browser? .....

I opened it in mySQL -Front.
