I have just put up a new site: www.insiderzim.com. I would like comments on it. I am basically a journalist based in Zimbabwe and have designed the site myself. Some people, however, say they are not able to download. I wonder what the problem could be.

A nice clean site, good content, good use of frames, good navigation!
Those who can not load your site probably are using ancient browsers that do not render frames. Don't worry it. :D
IE 6 and Opera 6.05 will load your site, but Netscape 7.01 and Mozilla Firebird will not.
With Netscape and Mozilla I get this error:
Not Found
The requested URL /..\Masthead.htm was not found on this server.
You may have a problem with letter case, I'm not sure.

I think jj is probably right about your link to Masthead.htm. IE probable is not case sensitive but the NetScape family is(the same holds true for NetScape 7.1). May I add, your site is also a very brave enterprise.
Corruption and Despair Choke Zimbabwe: Zimbabwe has been officially off limits to foreign journalists since February, when President Robert G. Mugabe's government pushed a law through Parliament effectively banning outside reporters as tools of European and American critics. But a low-profile tour of the country for 11 days this month found no shortage of domestic critics, both black and white, and an outright glut of human misery.

I tried to look at your site with IE 5.2 for Mac OSX but it doesn't seem to load properly. Just an FYI.
Good Luck.

I have redesigned it removing frames and replacing them with tables. Try it now and give me your feedback.

Site looks good now on my computer. But, many of your links are coming up with '404' errors probaly because you are still working on the site. Looks nice!
