I can't recall what mysql server my database runs on, but I receive the following error when I try to access my phpBB:

Could not connect to the database

When I logged into OPS to check mySQL, the page takes forever to load, then displays:

Unable to connect to MySQL server on mysql01.powweb.com

I have changed nothing. This was working fine this morning.

Email support@powweb.com and tell them mysql01 is not working.
Put a time and date in the email as well.
