help again please

i ordered the mysql service add-on for my website but i dont have any of the necessary login/password, and local host information because my email account was not working. could someone send me this information? i need it to continue.

Just log into your members area, and setup your mySQL user from the new "mySQL" tab that now appears w/in your operations area (under package services).

under members it says
(no users)

and when i try to add an additional user, nothing happens. log in and see whats wrong.
