My website does not show my file extensions. What should I do to make sure they appear on the web pages?
You are using frames. When you use frames, even though you change a "lower" frame . . . the frameset page will remain in the address bar. The frameset page remains the active page - which in your case is the default load page.

I quite understand what you say. I would like to link top stories on my front page to a news agency in the UK for synidcation. They say I must create a new webpage with their name as an extension. In other words they are sayingI must create something like: www.insiderzim.com/newsnow/story20031024.htm
how do I do this with my frames?
If you want to have a name like that for a direct link . . . and to show up in your address bar . . . I don't think you can use frames.
You could use a name like that where the page just does a redirect to another frameset . . . but I am not sure what that buys you.
