Referr Spam

Ayone else notice referr spam going up??? I do not even see the point. No one can see it but the owners mostly and like they are gonna fall for that. They must be getting enough cash for just a click through or for just the first raw hit. I Just don't see how it could be even worth the time.

Is there some way to block these people???
Maybe put a ban on their whole ip block???

Referal spam came about because some blogs (god, I hate that word) automatically add links on their site to whoever shows up in their logs as referers. Stupid idea, but then so are most blogs...

You could use .htaccess to block them, but that still shows in the access logs.

Best thing to do at this point is to probably ignore it.
