I ordered domains following and yes,I selcted the choice letting POWWEB to register it and I am being charged and billed.

www.networkdatasecurity.com
www.helbreathdata.net

I paid for all of them,I am being charged,POWWEB reply me about domain being registered(BULL****).I can only access it through IP.DID a whois on my domain.NOT EVEN REGISTERED!I am sick of this.Hosting is charged.And my domain isn't register yet.

Powweb uses opensrs.com for domain registrations. I just tried a lookup there . . . and their domain processes seem to be down. Opensrs is the wholesale arm of tucows (the real registrar) - whose domain processing also seems to be down (as you would expect). Don't know . . . but maybe the registrar is having issues. But if that is so . . . Powweb should still tell you that.

Posting in the forums won't always get you an answer from those in charge. For things such as this, it's best to email billing@powweb.com to get your answers.

As for tonight, I am a Tucows Authorized Reseller and they are performing several maintenance windows tonight. As a reseller I was notified, as for five days, that is a little excessive, the process takes about five minutes.

Well . . . its a long 5 minutes. They are still down . . . over an hour so far that I have tested, since my first post. Could be 5 days for all I know :)

Hey B&T, I meant registering the domain truly only took five minutes, as for the upgrade, they have an all night window.

Sometimes sending an e-mail is certainly the way, however, if POWWEB had billing issues, you would think they would have sent him an e-mail way before the posting started! ??
