Okay..I am a total newbie to Powweb (as of about 5 minutes ago when i registered...hehe)

Well in the confirmation email I recieved it said:

"You did not submit payment method information at this time. Please
remember to make payment to completely activate your account and avoid
service interruption. You can enter a payment method through OPS or mail
payment"

What does this mean? I thought I DID submit the correct credit card info & such. How do i fix this?
Also, I know it takes about 24-48 hours to activate an account...when the account is activated, is THAT when I should see the pending messages go away in OPS?

((fyi: I am going to transfer my Name Server over to PowWeb in the very near future...i dont know if that makes a difference on what I am asking or not. I have never transferred before so i am pretty much clueless.....))

Apparently something went wrong - go to the Billing tab and re-enter your credit card information.

If you need help with this problem, write to billing@powweb.com - such issues can't be dealt with in this forum.

Do not switch the nameservers until you verify that your PowWeb site is up and files loaded properly.
