Mail smtp problems

When I use outlook express, I am able to receive emails:
mail.forwardssuck.com
But when I try to send emails, it does not work!:
mail.forwardssuck.smtp

What is the problem?

1) Make sure you have SMTP server authorization enabled.
2) Try changing from port 25 to 24. Many ISPs are blocking port 25 now.

Thanks! I did both but I am still unable to send emails :( But I can receive them, which is most important. I can just log on the wowweb page and send through there if I have too.

What should I be using for outgoing mail then...? I've always used that with my comcast.net isp.
