Switched domain names, 20 more dollars?

1. I got a domain name with dotster.com
2. I got hosting with powweb.com
3. I set everything up with powweb, not intending on changing anything.
4. I realized I made a mistake in the name I chose to register with dotster.
5. I talked with them, and they allowed me to change the domain name.
6. (My question) I'm hoping that powweb will not charge me 20+ more dollars to 'set up' the new domain name with their hosting. If so, I will feel very cheated.

Can someone explain to me what I should do? I e-mailed my problem to powweb, but I'm not sure if I worded it correctly. I'm very bad with this stuff.

If you are in the first 30 days of your hosting package there is no charge to change the domain name.

Send the changes you need made to billing@powweb.com with all your info.

After 30 days there is a $35 charge.
