Did you provide a valid email address? Check the History tab in OPS as well.

As tbonekkt said, check to be sure you have a valid/correct email address in OPs. All email they send you is also kept in OPs in the history tab (also as tbonekkt mentioned).

Powweb will not discuss billing issues here. They used to at times, but they were massively flamed for doing so by a customer (Sephiroth seems to be the same type of customer...).

As you were told in your other thread, send an email to billing@powweb.com about your problems. Be sure to tell them your domain name(s) and give a valid return email address.

Personally, I wouldn't want my billing problems posted to a public forum for the whole world to see.
