Due to activities in a foriegn country, I didn't check my mail often nor did a follow-up of my website.
When returning home, I found out that billing account is inactive, due to credit card problems and a few emails...

I added a working credit card (other was expired) but now the question is... how can I reactivate my package???

I sended a few mails to the helpdesk, but never got an answer. This is allready for 2 days and I am missing important mails!!

Has anyone an idea? Maybe I missed some well-hidden buttons in the OPS??

Since this is a billing question, I'd email billing@powweb.com directly.

Include your account name, domain, and the last 4 digits of your old card (to make sure they can verify who you are). They're usually very quick at responding to this kind of issue.
