I am not sure where I should post this question so I place it here.
I recently added another package to my account and directed the referal credit to my first account. I have paid in full for the 2nd account, and it has been setup correctly and running (for several days already). However, there is still no $15 credit shown in my first account. How long does it take for it to appear? Or does will it appear at all?

You must be an existing customer (have at least one account) with PowWeb to participate.

The $15 credit will be issued to your account after the referral has been on-line with PowWeb for 30 days.

We use cookies to track sales. Cookies are set for 30 days.

No cash payments will be made.

Referral credits are non-transferable.

The credit should show "pending". After 30 days the status should change to "credited". You will then be able to use the credit for additional services.

There might be a problem then. My other package was setup on Oct 22, but nothing is showing in the original account yet. How long does it take normally for the "pending" to show up?

My experience is that it showed up within 24 hrs...

You may need to get with billing with your info and see if there is a problem.

Oh thats nice I would be using it then... BTW what if the user deletes cookies? I do that every hour or so!

As an alternative, the signup form asks the user to enter a domain name as a referral - that doesn't require cookies.
