Creating database/stupid newbie

I have NO experience with database's. I am wondering if I would be able to create one? I am looking to create a simple order form on my web that links to a database, if that makes sense. Is this something a rookie can tackle? Is there a program or software that will help me? I would also like to find an order form template to save me some time.

Go to the User docs ( click HERE (http://help.powweb.com/tutorials/index.php)). Look for MySQL.

There are a few there and some setup instructions. Feel free to post once you start to set it up (also look for other posts in this forum since many people have troubles setting these up).
