mysql03 down ??

I'm unable to connect to mysql03.powweb.com

I can't even bring up information in my OPs panel. I get this error...

A little over an hour ago I was reindexing the Search feature on my message board when I got this error...
SQL-query :

SELECT VERSION( ) AS version, USER( ) AS user

MySQL said:


User 'xxxxxxx' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 36000)

It is my understanding that this should reset and be cleared up after one hour. I have ceased any operations that would cause this error to repeat. And I have not received that error in the last half hour or so.

So I don't know why I cannot connect to mysql03 at all.

Both of my databases are working fine on mysql03, so I don't think this is a global issue. What time did you exceed the limit?

It's now 10:03am CST

It appears that I can connect to MySQL again. It's been up & down like a yo-yo since I overran the 36,000 limit.

OK...I'm not sure about this, but is it within an hour of the reached limit? Or is it within the clock hour?


Limit reached at 9:45am resets at 10:45am

OR

Limit reached at 9:45am resets by 10:00am (within clock hour)

I'm sorry, I meant to type that the limit was reached at approximately 8:45am CST.

So, it has been longer than one hour.
