still the same, must be the internet itself although other domains are fine ex yahoo, msn etc, just powweb has the problem - slow or altogether non-responsive so I don't know where you come up w/ those figures :)

Have you run a traceroute on your site?

Maybe you outta try if this is a persistant problem you're having.

I don't see any problems with mysql03 currently.
