A little confused, database up or down?

so my page www.achey.net/forum/ is currently getting this sql error....
mySQL query error: SELECT quote AS quotes FROM ipbquotesotm ORDER BY RAND(1067902549 * 1067902549) LIMIT 1

mySQL error: Got error 12 from table handler
mySQL error code: 1030
Date: Monday 03rd of November 2003 03:35:49 PM

And I thought it was the database was down as mentioned in the other posts.

...BUT...

If I load MySQL Control Center I can access all the tables just fine. So is it up or down or did something change that just broke my code?

I am getting this on quasar. Has been like this for a good 24 hours. Powweb usually fixes problems faster than this. Starting to get frustrated :(
