Make sure you have the entire contents of the awstats "lang" and "lib" folders in your cgi-directory. It looks as if some items may be missing.

I moved them to the cgi-bin directory on the root level - it worked. When I followed the directions (or so I thought), I ended up with /cgi-bin/wwwroots/cgi-bin/ with those (lamg & lib) directories and others in the lower cig-bin. Should they all be in the upper cgi-bin?
Thanks.

I don't know why you have "upper" and "lower" cgi-bin.

Put all these files/folders in the cgi-bin directory at the root level: awstats.pl, awstats.conf, lang, lib, plug-ins.
