I've had them turned on since my account was created and they never worked.
I set up a cron job to run Webstats as noted in the User Help Documentation and it doesn't work.
Other people on the forums say that PowWeb isn't supporting Webstats anymore yet from from their FAQ Page (http://www.powweb.com/faqs/?category=Pre%2DSales%20Questions) which is linked right from their home page (http://www.powweb.com) there's a link to Web Site Statistics (http://www.powweb.com/faqs/?category=Web%20Site%20Statistics). And on those three pages, they say that all you have to do is turn on WebStats from OPs and you're good to go. Of course you can turn them on from OPs but nothing happens for me when I do.
If this isn't false advertising and bad business then I don't know what is. :mad:
