New forum::needs Critique and users

Hey guys and gals. I am making a admin/moderation free forum. Because of this there is no clearly defined topic for the forum. What people start talking about is what the topic for the forum will be. I know this forum is not close to perfect, so I am asking for a harsh Critique. I am using phpbb. the link is:

Looks good although it seems a bit slow to load on my modem. I think there are too many sections - you can always add more as it gets busier or as users ask for them. Nice design though. Good luck with it.

The dark background with white text is hard on the eyes after a while, but it looks cool. I like your logo.

I hope no one really gets upset. The way that "F" word started to show, I thought I may not want to be involved in the post. But as mentioned, we need different views, right or wrong.

There is a joke about a guy who dies and goes to "the place a fire down below the Earth". The devil's door man sorts the new people into groups. The guy says to the door man, "Who are they?" They are thieves. "And them?" Lawyers. "And them?" Sex offenders. Murderers. And so on. "But I didn't do any of those things. Why am I here?" Oh, the Jews were right. You go over there with the other Christians!

What a poor joke before Christmas, and I am a Christian. But it makes you think.
