Image galllery tool

I need a Image gallery creator tool, which has the feature of opening the link (the image) in new small sized window, I used Arles Image Web Page Creator but this feature is not there, or is there a way by which I can open all my links in a new sized window, with just once script?

With the massive # of images that you have you need something just to keep track of all those images.

This is a gallery tool that I am trying to implement but am not sure if it can be done on powweb or not. See the posted message "Installing Gallery 1.2.5"
