Awstats not Working ---- :(

Yeah bud I'm getting the same thing on a new install on a package on Io. I split the log into two and it successfully updated manually both times. It has to do with the log size, but unfortunately I don't know what else to do either.

Hi,

I have my crontab setup to update awstats/ webstats every hour and then delete the log file. I dont think awstats cannot handle a access_log which is just 1 hr old, and I should get an error like timedout or just a blank page or page cannot be displayed error .... I'm getting famous internal error. :(

Webstats have updated fine ... but I dont trust them ...they go down on 10th or 15 th day ... and I've to delete webstats.hist to get them working again, what happens is I loose all the previous data.
