I guess I cannot give you the technical info you are looking for. All I know is that I was working on my web page about an hour ago and all was fine. Now I cannot access my files on the POWWEB server.

Your site actionsnaps.net pulls fine so it's not your HTTP server (www08).

Log into OPS, and go to the FTP tab to see which FTP server you're on. Go to the Domains tab for HTTP and email.

I can view the site from the web, but when I attempt to open my site via "my network places" in FP it prompts me for my username and password then just searches forever. It was not doing this about an hour ago.

Is this the infor you were looking for - ftp01.powweb.com
