one site of mine won't

http://www.internationalskincenter.com won't load for me. It is running on andromeda which if I ping andromeda shows really dismal ping times. My site is 100% packet loss.. It has been running fine until last night (11/23).

I have tried different browsers and it is the same with all of them..

The site's logs show no access since 3:49am and that was by a grub spider.

There is no error log generated since Saturday.

I have been trying to access the site for 12 hours now and no go.

There is also no response from support.

Comes up fine for me - very fast load.

From a command prompt, do a:

nslookup www.internationalskincenter.com

What do you get? It should be 66.152.97.226

My guess is that your ISP has cached an old IP address for andromeda. But I see that ns2.powweb.com is still returning the old address of 63.251.213.10

Hello,

There have been a few cases like this. I'm reloading the zone file on NS2 whith the updated ip for andromeda. The errors should clear up within the next hour or so. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

NS2 also has the old A record for callisto - probably others as well.
