I like it for a basic site...nice, simple, and quick.
Just a few things. Index page has WAY too much space on the bottom. FAQ section should maybe have some <hr> lines so its a little more noticable between each of the questions. And one of your images on the location page (114-1440_img.jpg) is 569k...which is way too large. And, if possible, the top image (palm trees) could be improved alittle.
But I like it...very simple and easy to navigate.
Nice clean and easy to navigate site. Has potential to be a great minimalist style site.
Just to expand a bit on what BWG stated:
Not just your index page, but ALL of your pages have way too much white space at the bottom. Remember, every one of those <p> </p> add bytes to your total page size. What's the point? There doesn't seem to be a need to put that code that far down on the page.
Just about every one of your thumbnail sized images are being sized by using the <img src> size constraints. Why take a 640x480 or even the 1024x768 image and then resize to 100x100 if you are not going to allow the user to see the full size image? It's much better to create thumbnails in the size you want. Makes for a much faster loading page.
Personally, I would suggest having some larger images available, at least in the renters section. Allow the visitor a better picture of what you are offering. Your site is offering something that can make use of some photos.

The other posts mentioned the abundance of white space and the images that need resizing. I will add that the text would look better if aligned to the left. The sun and palm tree graphic on the top could appear once in the corner instead of repeating. That would make it easier for people to read the text.
One or two beautiful images that are larger than those that are on your index page could appear in the center of the screen page for 800x600 screen resolution for visitors to see. The hover in yellow is not easily seen where the background is yellow. You can use two hover colors by creating two sets of style classes.
The overall layout is okay, but the page is not exciting enough yet. The text is okay, but not much is bold. But you don't want to bold too much, either. When clicking Homes, I see that there are attractive features, but I want to click the images for enlarged photos or additional information. Include alt tags with the images.
The page loads quickly, the site has a consistent layout design and the contents are interesting. The site just needs to look more exciting to motivate the visitors. You have to compete with other websites. But it looks like you are on the right track. Nice job! :)
Many thanks for taking the time and trouble to check out my site.
You've made some very valid points which I'll try and sort out but I made the site in a few days so it needs some tweaking, hopefully in the right direction now! :)
URL doesn't seem to work.
