Only 4 additional ftp accounts?

The member ops page claims that I can have up to five additional ftp accounts, but once I hit four, I can't add any more. Why?

It does state "5 Additional FTP users", so I'm not sure why it will only allow 4 additional accounts.

It'd be nice if an admin could check on this for not only myself, but others who have reached this limit, and let us know what's going on. Thanks.

I also want to add that fifth extra ftp account and can't do it. I currently the primary ftp account and 4 extra ftp accounts.

I too, am curious if it is possible to add additional ftp accounts to a single package (beyond the five ADDITIONAL ftp accounts promised as part of the standard package). The price for add-ons like additional pop accounts is at http://powweb.com/additional.html, but additional FTP accounts aren't listed.

Is it safe to assume that if I want additional FTP accounts (beyond the primary and 5 additional accounts), that I need to purchase a whole new package?

We now offer 9 additional FTP accounts. So, you have 10 total (including your main FTP account). There are no extra charges and it is effective immediately. If you need more then 10 FTP accounts, please email me.

well personally I don't use the additional accounts, but it is cool for you to do something like that for us

I agree with qwerty. I personally only use the main FTP account, as I'm the owner and only designer for my site. However, for those who need the extra FTP accounts for collabaration, it's nice to have them there.
