Need a site critique

Hello everyone!

I'm new to POWWEB, so I'd just like to say "Hello" and I hope that everyone has a good holiday season!

That being said, my first site hosted on POWWEB is for my place of business, Tennessee Communications. Just put the site up, and I was hoping I could get you guys to check it out and tell me what you think!

Nice, very professional looking and not cluttered.

At 800x600 res it looks good, but at higher resolutions it tends to have a bit too much empty space.

But all in all, a very nicely laid out and fast loading (on dialup) site.

I agree with jj about the space. I'm on dial-up right now and I will have to say that it loaded quickly but you may want to do something with the background. Perhaps a simple design... don't want anything too cluttered or something that's too busy to where it takes away from the professional look.

One of the first things I noticed was that you can actually find the physical addresses of the retail outlets... good thing there. Often times, trying to find the physical location of a business on the net is near impossible. Especially in a cellphone service, if I'm in MI, I only want MI dealers... nice to see that in the open.

Aside from that, the only thing I may consider changing is your link to e-mail webmaster. Seeing as how your webmaster e-mail address isn't @tncomm, I wouldn't want to really have it stick out separate from other text. I'm not saying to change the hyperlink colors for every link but you may want to code that link to stay white no matter if it has or hasn't been used.

Loads reasonably fast. Might benefit from link rollovers (links changing colour when the mouse is passed over them). Otherwise, a nice design. Good luck with it.
