Help with my account html etc not active

My account shows that my domain name was registered on12/8 why is it not active yet? Still shows not active!

Have you checked the History tab in OPS for any communication from PowWeb (CC declined, etc.)? If there aren't any, I suggest contacting Support.

No such communications from powweb will try Support.
