ftp deleting files problem

i was uploading files to a folder.
and i cant delete them for some reason.
this is the error that i get:

550 Prohibited file name: E:\Documents and Settings\Norbert Piska\Desktop\Good pics\December 20, 2003 at a Russian Club\December 20, 2003 at a Russian Club 004.JPG

i cant change the permission on them either...
how do i delete them?

Did you read the 50 other ftp threads in here?. You may find your answer in one of them. Problems with jammed chmod permissions must be solved by support@powweb.com we cannot fix from here.
