I e-mailed support as well.
I am on ftp02.powweb.com, and can connect to that no problem.
I can also connect to mysql01.powweb.com
yep.. i can access my site by ftp.. and all the permissions look fine. I went to live chat support and Galax told me they are upgrading hardware on www04. SO i am practising the virtue of patience.
I do admit to having chewed my nails to nubs though
Upgrades can be soooooooooooo traumatic...., :cool:
I have the same problem with my website : http://www.mydogs.ch
-------> www04.powweb.com 66.152.98.14
Same problem here:

I'm using Movable Type for my blog, and since the service on www04 am unable to do a full rebuild. I get a 500 Internal server error when the cgi script attempts to ping the appropriate sites. What gives?
