Writing as I travel:
Intro - flash is always a good thing but not always good on dial-up. I'm on dial-up and will have to say it loaded quickly. The only thing I may alter, since it is short, would be to auto-enter the site upon completion (since you don't have a "repeat" option - nor would one really be logical).
Side menu - Some may complain of the red on black. You may want to bump the red up a couple shades if you choose to stick with red. I'm 23 and can read it fine but some of the "elders" (but not always) may have difficulties.
Background - plain and simple. Not a flat color but not so busy it distracts from the content... good idea.
Free stuff - good idea of offering multiple formats of documents. Also for the computer challenged... its always nice to see "how to" things when something is to be installed (wallpaper in your case).
Contact - good idea... not posting exact e-mail addy. There's ways to post e-mail addresses and there are ways not to post. I see you do have it posted in a few other locations throughout the site; but, the less it is actually "typed" the better as to deteer the spam robots from finding it. That's my next venture on my site, getting rid of the "searchable" e-mail addresses... just waiting to get a stable o/s this weekend before I partake on any ventures.
Gallery - Well, this would apply to the entire site... its nice to see sites with optimized graphics. Nothing worse than going to a graphic site and waiting ten years for it to download. Not a problem for the broadband users; but, for us little peons who are still tickling the copper... it is greatly appreciated.
Chat - I don't know if it was just because my computer is being a bonehead right now, you don't have it activated, or if something is genuinely wrong; but, I couldn't get anything to load from here.
All in all, clean looking site. I'm not usually fond of sites that information has to be "found" but for yours it is apporpriate. What do I mean? Your site, from my point of view, is more of a news site style... news pages are meant to be scrolled through. Its nice to see that they are a mile long; but, it is appropriate in your case.
Good work ... good luck!

You just keep surprising me xXtreme.
The time you put into keeping your site fresh shows, always enjoy your content. If only I could talk you out of using those silver bullet type nav buttons.. love the top cog rollover links.. and the blue cloud on black background. Made the same thing in PhotoShop some time ago.
Merry xmas yo.
