Hi, Do any of you have any suggestions about what to do with pow webs billing personel? They continue to lose my payments and shut my service off, twice now. I do not use a credit card so I've been sending money orders. They did not post my acct. as being paid back in September so I wrote them and asked them to check their mail room. It took them 8 days, then they did not add 8 days back on to the service, they kept the original billing date. And then forgot to unlock me out of the e mail, another 3 days! They were not apologetic at all. So when December's billing date came around I sent the money order off 2 weeks early and wrote them telling them to check their mail room this time. Needless to say they didn't, and here I am locked out again. I have written the billing dept. 4 times now as of today giving them the ck. # my acct. # the day it was sent and from where etc. Would you believe all I have gotten back from them are form letters? Who should I talk to? Thanks, Ray
