help for the last time

i didnt not recieve a confirmation email after i ordered the mysql additional service for my account because something was wrong with my email account.

could i please have the following information so i can access my database using Free Mascon?

Connection Name
Host Name/IP Address
Use Compression
Port
User name
Password

and any other additional information that might be necessary?
