I Can't Export my Database

I have a sgl database about 24 MB, but I can't export it :( It shown everytime white warning page. How can I do that?

Export a few tables at a time.

And want to restore my database. I make a database "askmasali". But I want to delete and reinstall with my database. How can I it delete?
