what is the $dbhost for powweb? is it the mysql05.powweb.com thing that it lists at the top of the database or is it localhost like it is on most other servers?

You can find what database server you're on by logging into OPS and going to the MySQL tab after choosing the appropriate package. If you don't see one, you'll need to go to the Billing/Plan tab to enable MySQL.
