I have tried to set a audio stream. But when I click the link that points the the m3u file. The m3u file loads right on the browser like a text file. Take a look. http://www.youthwindsurfing.com/radio/playlist/stream.html

That'd be a browser/media player issue.. streaming file opened fine in musicmatch for me :)

johncudd Make sure you have the file type m3u assigned to a media player, winamp, windows media player, real player or musicmatch. That would be the cause of the server processing it.

johncudd: He has simply linked to an .mp3 file. That's all you need do here to.

Your site has Javascript errors and I think your paths may be incorrect for your music files. There are alot of broken links. Maybe you are looking in the wrong place for your problem.

What webpage are you refering to? Windsurfingradio.com?

wantsongs has problems on his site. Windsurfingradio.com only opened another window with the link appearing on the page. The song did not play.

http://windsurfingradio.com/digest/v1.3/oz.html works just fine. He has linked to an mp3 voice track.

http://www.youthwindsurfing.com/radio/playlist/stream.html gives a 404

I'll split this thread johncudd. Upload your m3u or mp3 in ASCII mode and link to it. You'll get the same type of stream effect as windsurfingradio.

Oh sorry I was messing with it this afternoon and I changed a few things.

johncudd: FTP someting up (in ASCII mode) and test it.. say http://www.youthwindsurfing.com/radio/playlist/surf.m3u where surf.m3u is your audio file in a playlist folder in a radio folder in htdocs. If that works then your html link would be like: <font face="Arial" size="2" color="black"><a href="http://www.youthwindsurfing.com/radio/playlist/surf.m3u">Listen to the Surf</a></font>
