Chat Support >> It says on Sat Sun from 11 am - 4 pm

There is no one online, is there certain days of the month, there is no support on Sat or Sun???

Same with Phone support

Its already 9 am Pacific time.. and Chat and Phone support I get no answer..

Its says it opens at 7 am.. Anyone know about this?

We just installed a new phone system and the program for it was set incorectly. We are addressing the issue and it will be fine this coming weekend. Sorry for any problems that this may have caused. :(

Okay.. Just read the extended Chat hours thread in Announcements.. It says 24 hours a day.. Its been two hours.. and no tech support is online in CHat :confused:

Have you tried to email support ?

And are you having the same problem that you had previously with .htaccess ?

Yes I emailed Support.. I talked to them three times on Sun. The problem was supposed to be fixed..

Its 15 hours later and my site is still down.. Its been down for two days..

Now I cant even contact support..
