I just discovered that one of my sites is down. It was one of several additional domains that point to subdirectories of my main powweb account. The others are still working fine.

The problem seems to be in resolving the domain name. The only difference between this domain and the others is the server order in the DNS settings:

ns3.powweb.com
ns2.powweb.com

rather than

ns2.powweb.com
ns3.powweb.com

I've changed it, but it'll take a while to propagate.

Is there anything wrong with ns3?

The domain is www.rejuvenate-your-skin.com, account name xxxxxx

Thanks,
Laura

Mod edit: I don't think we need the account name ;)

NS3 is working fine.. The correct order is:

Server: ns3.powweb.com Authority: master (primary)
Server: ns2.powweb.com Authority: slave (secondary)

We have sister cities! Brisbane. (We call it BrisVegas)

Created on: 06-Jan-04
Expires on: 06-Jan-05
NS3.POWWEB.COM
NS2.POWWEB.COM

Setup and changes can take 72hrs but..
I'd contact support.

Thanks. I've sent a message to support, waiting and waiting now.

My Brisbane (pronounced "Brisbayne" by Americans) is more like a sister village :)

the site pulls up fine for me. you probably don't want to include a comma in the url when you paste it however.

"Anti-Aging Skin Care
Rejuvenate your skin with these exceptional skin care products...."

I can't see it - unable to resolve the domain name.

Support found the problem, reloaded the DNS records. It's coming up ok now (for me, anyway).

Thanks,
Laura

Thanks,
Laura Wow.. support was fast. I did take the comma out when I checked your problem. Glad you're away again Laura. Nice site ;). Here, up north they say Brisbayne, down south they say Brisbin.

Cheers mate. :)
