I have an animated gif that animates fine when I open it by itself, in Internet Explorer, from my local machine. I uploaded it to the server and when I view the web page it is in, it doesn't animate. My tag is <img src="/images/file.gif" style="float:right">. I tried removing the CSS code but it still didn't animate.
Any idea what might be going on?
Thanks,

Wheres the link so we can check it out?. .gif files must be uploaded in binary mode.

Ok, I don't think it has anything to do with the HTML. It was uploaded in binary mode using WS_FTP. When I right click it wants to save as an untitled bitmap, but it's an animated gif created with Adobe ImageReady.
Here's the link:

Isn't that strange! Any idea why it would animate for some but not others? Especially when it animates in my browser before being uploaded.

Well, I figured it out. I installed ZoneAlarm not too long ago and I just found a setting on it that blocks "animated ads". Obviously that means it blocks all animated gifs. I turned that off and it works fine now. Crazy!
